The jury (cheesemongers) judged on the spot and the results were announced at the end of the competition
One winner for both categories:
Aurore Paillusson-Ravacley, Le Trou de Souris (Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Area)
"I've been working with cheeses for the past 14 years – I really am passionate about it. For me, this competition is an opportunity for me to shine a light on a product that is relatively unknown outside of Paris. Taking part in competitions such as these is also an opportunity to present the profession in a different light, since preparing cheeses is an integral part of what we do".
During the competition, visitors could take part in an event that involved understanding the original recipe and introducing them to other cream-based products.
