4 days featuring numerous events
Visitors to the show were treated to numerous fun and educational events, ranging from the Lyre d’Or Competition and Experts’ meetings featuring – for example – the topic of cheese in catering... to cooking demonstrations from chef Sugio Yamaguchi, unusual combinations of fruit juice and cheese, or special breads and cheese, as well as the Fontainebleau competition or Coups de Coeur Competition.
